So training tomorrow night 6pm start, hopefully the weather will be slightly better than last week! But bring waterproofs and warm clothing anyway - best to be prepared.

After training there will be food avaliable courtesy of Chris Tweddle and is only a couple of quid.

Then the men do a pub quiz which we are invited to join in with, I think its a £1 each (if memory serves me right) and is a really good laugh
